RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Cancellations
At GOAT AVENUE, all cancellation requests are carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If your cancellation is approved, a 23% cancellation fee will be applied based on the original product price and deducted from your refund at the point of approval.
We strongly recommend contacting us within 1 hour of placing your order should you wish to cancel. Due to the nature of our limited-edition and curated drops, we are unable to guarantee cancellations on orders that have already been processed, dispatched, or fulfilled.
Limited edition, collaboration, and final sale items are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.
To request a cancellation, contact us at support@goatavenue.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Note: The 23% cancellation fee does not apply to EU/EEA customers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal. Please see the EU/EEA Customer Rights section below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from delivery of the last item on your order. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- All original tags attached
- Returned in their original packaging
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@goatavenue.com — we're happy to assist and make things right.
Please note:
- A 23% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection and processing
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Limited edition, collaboration, and final sale items are strictly non-returnable
Refunds
Upon approval of your cancellation or return, your refund — minus any applicable fees — will be returned to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method used at checkout
- GOAT AVENUE reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our eligibility criteria
EU/EEA Customer Rights
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from delivery of the last item on your order without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period"). To exercise this right, contact us at support@goatavenue.com within 14 days of receiving your last item.
Upon withdrawal, we will refund the full purchase price including standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving your return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. No restocking fee and no cancellation fee applies to EU/EEA customers exercising their statutory withdrawal right.
All products sold by GOAT AVENUE are guaranteed to conform to their description. If a product is defective or non-conforming, you are entitled to a remedy under EU Directive 2019/771/EU (Conformity of Goods).
