We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@goatavenue.com — we’re happy to assist and make things right.

Please note:

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection and processing.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 15–30 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
