1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GOAT AVENUE website and the purchase of products through our store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
GOAT AVENUE is operated from the United Kingdom and complies with applicable UK and EU consumer protection laws.
2. Eligibility
By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
3. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. GOAT AVENUE specialises in limited-edition sneakers and luxury streetwear. Due to the exclusive nature of our drops and collaborations, we cannot guarantee product availability once a drop has closed.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel purchases at our discretion, including in cases of suspected resale activity or fraudulent orders.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. GOAT AVENUE reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of checkout are final.
We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and dispatched.
5. Orders & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it enters our fulfilment process promptly. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting support@goatavenue.com.
All approved cancellations are subject to a 23% cancellation fee based on the original product price. This fee will be deducted from your refund at the time of cancellation approval.
Limited edition, collaboration, and final sale items are strictly non-cancellable.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. GOAT AVENUE is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon dispatch. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our [Return and Refund Policy], which forms part of these Terms. EU/EEA customers retain their statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the GOAT AVENUE website — including imagery, logos, copy, and design — is the intellectual property of GOAT AVENUE and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOAT AVENUE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK or EU law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your rights as an EU/EEA consumer under local mandatory law.

13. Purchase Limit Policy
To ensure fair access for all customers and collectors worldwide, GOAT AVENUE enforces a strict purchase limit of 1 item per order on all products.
This policy applies to all drops, releases, and general stock. Orders found to exceed this limit — including multiple orders placed by the same customer, household, or payment method — may be cancelled at our discretion.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order that violates this policy without prior notice.
